Suggested breakdown of 35kg carcass - £120.00
Anything over 35kg will be butchered at £3.40 per kilo.
Section Produce
Any trim from carcass can be manufactured into sausages and burgers at an additional charge of £3.00 per kilo.
Products can be vacuum-packed (ex. sausages and burgers) on request.
NB. Manufactured products will be dependent on position of shot. Photographs of deductions can be made available.
Skinning can be arranged at an additional fee of £25.00.
