We are based in a large refrigerated larder unit outside Pitlochry in Perthshire. The larder is made up of an in-skin section, out-of-skin section, and butchery. This allows us to accept deer in-skin and skin on-site.

 

The butchery is equipped with butcher's block, mincer, sausage machine, and vacuum packer.

 

We also have an office on-site with a thermal labelling suite. We can print black and white labels on-site or we can arrange for branded pre-printed coloured labels to your specification.
