A reasonable amount of sausage and burgers will be manufactured with flavour of choice. Any additional sausage or burgers will be charged at a fee of £2.70 per kilo over the standard amount of 350kg.

Ribs, flank, skirt. Trim for burgers or sausage.
Bone in cuts: t-bone, fore rib roast, tomahawk steaks, bone in sirloin.
Boneless cuts: ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks,
fillet steaks, rump steaks.
Hind Silverside, topside, knuckle, hind shin, salmon cut ox tail.
